Fruity Line produces various types of fruit juices, such as smoothies, orange juice, and multi-fruit blends. What makes their product special is the cold-pressed technique. Thanks to this method, vitamins and flavor are optimally preserved, while bacteria are killed and the product remains fresh for longer.

THE PROBLEM

The biggest challenge for Fruity Line arose from the rapid growth of the company. What started as a family business grew strongly in a short time and was eventually acquired.

As a result of this development, processes became increasingly complex, and a need arose for more structure and a clear direction for the future.

THE APPROACH

To achieve this, various workflows were set up. The first focused on performance management, with daily and weekly stand-ups as fixed components.

The second workflow revolved around 5S workplace organization. This involved examining how workspaces could be arranged in a more organized and efficient manner.

The third workflow focused on the supply chain, and the fourth on communication and employees.
